Using a combination of attachment theory, body based trauma therapy (also known as somatic psychotherapy), IFS and gestalt approaches, Christina values educating clients about the why and what they are experiencing. As a client understands more of their experience, they can work collaboratively together to create positive powerful changes.
In addition, Christina is open to using non-ordinary states of consciousness to support clients on their healing journeys. These might include ketamine assisted therapy, or using elements of nature to create ceremony as an adjunct to more traditional psychotherapy methods.

For therapists looking for consultation or supervision for licensure, Christina offers video sessions. Christina has received 45 hours of training in Clinical Supervision and is able to combine respect for each clinician’s style and prior training with a wealth of knowledge and concrete strategies in how to treat trauma and developmental wounds.
